Refund & Return Policy

Cancellations prior to shipping equipment, may be cancelled with no restocking fee. All cancellations must be in writing.

If a product is incorrect or defective in any way, we will replace at no cost. All returns must be mailed back to POS Brokers. A shipping call tag will be provided for free shipping on damaged or defective products. Call tag for shipping will be emailed. (Address below)

All returns must be made within 30 days of the date ordered.

All sales are final after products have been installed and or used. For products received but not used, A 20% restocking fee of the full retail value will be assessed.

Approved Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receiving the product back. Refunds will not include shipping costs and restocking fees.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used to purchase the product.

Clover Point of Sale Products

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds on Clover POS Systems once they have been delivered. Clover is preprogrammed before shipping

Customer Remorse

If product is unopened and not used, a return and refund will be accepted unless it is a CLOVER POINT OF SALE PRODUCT. Clover point of sale is preprogrammed before shipping.

All other returns must be mailed at customer’s expense. (Address below)
