Which Payment Processors Offer Guaranteed Next-day Funding?
We offer next-day funding merchant services that allow you to access your sales proceeds much faster than traditional cycles, which typically take two to three business days. By working with us, you can reinvest your revenue quickly and reduce cash-flow stress.
To ensure your funds are deposited by the next business day, you must be aware of merchant account batch cutoff times. For most accounts, transactions that are batched and submitted before an 8 PM ET or 11:59 PM ET cutoff (depending on your specific setup) are funded the next business day.
Requirements for Next-Day Funding
While we strive to provide the fastest settlement possible, eligibility is subject to underwriting review and the following prerequisites:
- Active Merchant Account: Your account must be fully approved and active.
- Processing History: Most processors look for 3–6 months of history, though our same-day setup can help established businesses qualify faster.
- Verified Banking: Your business bank routing and account numbers must be verified and connected to your account.
- Proper Documentation: You may need to provide a business license, EIN, or articles of incorporation.
As your partner for better payment processing, we also offer same-day funding for small business operations for those who qualify. This often requires earlier batching (such as by 5 PM ET) and may involve different fee structures. Using a Clover POS system can simplify this further by automating your batch closing process to help you consistently meet these deadlines.
